Returns/Exchange & Refunds

At BabyHug, we want you to be satisfied with your purchases. This Returns and Exchange Policy outlines our guidelines for returning and exchanging products purchased through the BabyHug mobile application (“App”). Please read this policy carefully before making a return or exchange. By using the App, you agree to adhere to this policy.


  1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

1.1. Diapers, formula milk, wipes, and other physical products purchased through the App may be eligible for return or exchange.

1.2. Vaccination tracking and baby name suggestions are provided for informational purposes only and are not eligible for return or exchange.


  1. Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

2.1. To be eligible for a return or exchange, products must be in their original condition and packaging, with all labels and tags attached.

2.2. Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 2 days from the date of purchase.


  1. Initiating a Return or Exchange

3.1. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team through the App.

3.2. You will be required to provide proof of purchase, including your order number and a description of the issue.


  1. Refunds

4.1. Refunds for returned products will be processed in the original form of payment, within 7 workings days of receiving the returned items.

4.2. The refund amount will be for the purchase price of the product, excluding any shipping fees.


  1. Exchanges

5.1. Exchanges for eligible products may be made for a different size, variant, or product of equal or lesser value.

5.2. If the desired product for exchange is of greater value, you will be required to pay the price difference.


  1. Return Shipping

6.1. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.


  1. Defective or Damaged Products

7.1. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer support team within 2 days of receiving the product. We will provide instructions for returning the item and will cover the cost of return shipping.


  1. Cancellations

8.1. Orders may be canceled before they are accepted. Once an order is accepted, it cannot be canceled. Please contact us at our customer support as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order.
