Currently, we sell all the leading brands for babies in the diapers and wipes categories. We will soon include baby food, infant accessories, gears (strollers, high chairs), nursery furniture, clothes & footwear to toys and school products. We also aim to stock items from some of the leading importers and domestic manufacturers of the country. The items will undergo a thorough check by our QA team before they are stocked.
To place an order, a minimum order value of PKR 500 or more is required (Excluding COD charges, Shipping charges, or value reduced after the application of coupons or any other offer).
You can place the order by doing the following:
- Signup / Login to your account.
- Drop your actual location
- Select the items you want to order
- Add them to cart
- Add the promo (If you do have any)
- Click on checkout
- Select payment method
- Confirm to place the order
After verification of the payment process, you will get a confirmation notification and email on registered email address that your order has been confirmed successfully.
You can easily monitor the status of your order by navigating to the “Orders” section and selecting the specific order for which you wish to inquire about the current status.
You can pay for your order by selecting any of the following payment methods:
- Bank accounts
- Payment card
- Mobile wallet
Certainly, you have the option to cancel your order on BabyHug if it is not accepted yet. However, once an order has been accepted, cancellation is not feasible.
You will get the final price during check out. Our prices are all inclusive and you need not pay anything extra.
Yes. You can do this by sharing your concerns or comments in the “Special Instructions” box on the “Checkout” page in the app or website.
If you do not receive a notification/update of your order, please check spam/junk folders in your email or reach out to us via LiveChat.
Once an order is placed, it is not possible to make amendments to it. This includes adding or removing items as well as changing the delivery address. If you wish to add something or make changes, you’ll need to initiate a new order specifically for that item.
You can recover your password by clicking on the “Forget Password” and receiving a new password in an email.
Yes, you can save multiple delivery addresses such as home address, office address, etc.
You can schedule your order for next day operational hours.
